Exercise With Diet Is The Best Way to Lose Fat

Losing weight and with diet alone and no exercise is possible, but the diet-only approach is fraught with pitfalls, and the longer you use a diet only approach, the more likely you are to fall into the pit of diet failure and frustration.

Slashing your calories will make you lose weight, but you can't expect it to be 100% fat.

Most low calorie diets cause you to lose a lot of water weight, muscle and other lean tissue, which makes it harder to lose fat in the future.

Less muscle = slower metabolism because MUSCLE is the engine that drives your metabolism.

Can you start seeing how your lean muscle is the basis for losing fat. Try looing at your muscles as fat burning furnaces. The more muscle you have, the more fat you can lose.

Unfortunately for most who have starved to lose weight have lost a considerable amount of muscle (fat burning furnace) and the long term effects is weight gain with a highter proportion of fat to muscle than before the crash diet.

Diets don't work. Nutritien + exercise is the answer to sustained fat loss.
