The Lies of Supplements and Fat Loss

For those of us who want to try the cheats way out of weight loss, well then I have some interesting information for you that will make you consider against taking supplements for fat loss.

Exercise, proper nutrition and the right mental attitude (positive self-image) are the only things you need to lose fat permanently. Supplements are not a necessity.

Some basic supplements are helpful for “nutritional assurance,” and some supplements can help speed up the fat loss process a fraction, but not nearly as much as the advertising claims.

Even supplements that have been proven effective are only responsible for a small fraction of the results you achieve.

Based on 16 years of experience in bodybuilding and exercise, I believe that at least 95% of your results will come from good exercise and nutrition.

If most of your results come from nutrition and exercise, then why would you chase after that last 5% if you haven’t even taken full advantage of the first 95%? Isn’t that approach completely illogical?

FOCUS ON YOUR DIET AND EXERCISE PROGRAMS FIRST!

It's a shame that so many people look for easy ways instead of making the effort to learn how to eat and train better.
